The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Our Pure Energy Bands are designed to be worn up to 24 hours a day in any circumstance. While the technology embedded into the band is designed to last for years, the silicone band encasing this technology can break from many different reasons. Our silicone bands are designed to last 2 years but this truly depends on the use and abuse of its owner. We warranty all bands purchased from our website for 90 days against breakage. Should your Pure Energy Band break within 90 days, simply send us the broken band along with your order number verifying the date of purchase, and a self addressed envelope with $.84 postage and a replacement will be sent back to you. Beyond 90 days, we offer a lifetime replacement program where if your band breaks, you can buy a replacement band for $10.   • Return Policy
  • We offer a 15 day return/exchange policy. You may exchange band for different size and color with the original packaging. Simply send us the band along with your order number verifying the date of purchase, and a self addressed envelope with $.84 postage and an exchange will be sent back to you. If returning for refund after 15 days there will be a $5 restocking fee.
